These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fillerone.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery & Shipping and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who We Are

“Filler One” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name under which this website is operated, contactable at support@fillerone.com, +370 236 6583 652, Žygio g. 92, Vilnius, Lithuania. The business is completing formal company registration in Lithuania; once registered, our full company name, registration code and VAT number will be published on this page.

2. Who May Order

This website and its products are intended for licensed medical and aesthetic professionals aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm that you are such a professional and that you are lawfully permitted to purchase, import and use the products in your country and scope of practice. You are solely responsible for verifying the regulatory status of any product in your jurisdiction before ordering.

3. Products, Authenticity & Professional Use

We supply genuine, brand-name products in sealed manufacturer packaging. Product descriptions are provided for information and are based on manufacturer and supplier data; they are not medical advice and not instructions for use. Always follow the manufacturer’s package insert and your professional training. Products must be assessed, handled, stored and administered only by appropriately trained and licensed practitioners.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on the product pages and may be shown in your selected currency. We accept payment by direct bank transfer (see Secure Payment); full instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Title to and risk in the goods are dealt with in section 6. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Any import duties, taxes or VAT levied by your country are additional and payable by you.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, payment is not received, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify eligibility — and in that case we will refund any payment already made.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page. Orders may be dispatched from outside the EU (notably South Korea), where many leading aesthetic brands originate. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are the importer of record and are responsible for customs clearance and any associated charges.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights — including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and the health/hygiene exemption for sealed products once unsealed — are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have for faulty or misdescribed goods.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information, to use the website lawfully, and to store, handle and use all products strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s labelling and applicable law. You must not resell or use products in any way that breaches the law of your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the misuse, improper storage, or unlicensed administration of products, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics and logos — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and, where applicable, the European Union. EU-based consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We would always prefer to resolve any issue with you directly first — please contact us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
