We share personal data only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order or run this website: couriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Geopost), banks processing transfers, our hosting and IT providers, accounting/tax advisers, and — for order fulfilment — our shipping and logistics providers. We never sell personal data.

5. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example when shipping details are needed to deliver your order internationally), we rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and share only the minimum needed to deliver your order.

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to: access the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent without affecting prior processing. Write to support@fillerone.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
